Our brisket and pork spare ribs are spiced with Rollies dry rub and slow cooked in a pipe pit for long hours until tender. We also serve a pork and beef sausage made right here in Texas.
Our facilities include indoor and outdoor dining and an outdoor porch for large and private parties. We can also accomodate special events and cook-offs on our grounds.
