Rollies BBQ & Country Store is a family owned bbq joint and store owned by the Cuellar family in Alice, Texas. The store offers South Texas Style bbq and corner store supplies from a small wooden building at 316 FM 2507, just off State Highway 44 west of the city of Alice. The menu is brisket, pork spare ribs, sausage, beans, potato salad and jalepeno creamed corn. Carne guisada is prepared on request in quantities of 10 pounds our more and for pick-up only.

BBQ is served by the pound, sandwich or by the plate with two sides. 

Rollies BBQ & Country Store also caters everything from bbq, carne guisada to steaks, We also prepare cabrito asado, cabrito guisado, pan de campo to a complete outdoor ranch style meal prepared over a hot mesquite fire.
