| Rollies Bar-B-Q & Catering started by cooking for family and friends in backyards and ranches. Since then Rollies has grown to catering to local oil field service companies and private and public gatherings all over Texas. Our specialty is mesquite smoked bbq, slow cooked for over ten hours and carne guisada made South Texas style. We can cook anything from an outdoor vaquero (cowboy) meal to an indoor event. Soon to open is Rollies BBQ and Country Store. The store will be located just outside the city limits of Alice.
